Acacia's rates are per night for each apartment and based on double occupancy. Some apartments can accommodate one additional occupant at a cost of $10 per night.

* Acacia is closed during the month of September.
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
45 days: Full refund of deposit.
44 days or less: No refund will be given unless a new reservation is booked for the same period. The deposit will be used to cover any days not rented during the original reservation. Any balance will be refunded.
